Terms and Conditions
Reservations
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of €150.00 is required by credit card through our website or by bank transfer (following instructions sent by email).
The remaining 70% is paid on the same day, before boarding, in cash or by credit card.

Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to make payment and board on time.
Delays beyond the control of SalAlMar Charter will not result in an extension of the excursion time.

We will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to coordinate departure details.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

*Cancellations by the customer*
SalAlMar Charter accepts cancellations or changes communicated in writing via email to info@salalmar.es or WhatsApp at least 72 hours in advance.
In this case, no penalty will be applied and the deposit will be refunded.

All prices include VAT.

*Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions*
Excursions are subject to the weather conditions of the day.
In the event of bad weather, SalAlMar Charter will assess the situation with the skipper and may cancel the excursion on the day of departure if necessary.

If the check-out cannot be made, the customer may:

Change the excursion to another date/time based on availability.
Request a full refund of the deposit.

Adverse weather conditions are considered to be:
Waves greater than 1.5 m
Winds above 30 knots
Heavy rain for more than 25% of the excursion

The following are NOT considered adverse conditions:

Cloudy sky or little sun
Light rain for less than 25% of the time

The route will be suggested by the skipper and may be adapted according to conditions or to ensure safety.

Cancellations by SalAlMar Charter
In case of cancellation due to breakdown or indisposition of the skipper (without the possibility of replacement), the client may:

Change the date of the excursion
Request a full refund of the deposit

General Standards and Recommendations
Swimming near the boat with the motor running is prohibited. Always use the platforms and ladders to enter or exit the water.
We recommend that children under 3 years old wear an inflatable life jacket throughout the tour.
The number of passengers may never exceed the maximum indicated in the reservation.
Comfortable clothing, a hat, sunscreen, and a towel are recommended.
Let's take care of the sea: don't throw waste, plastics, or food scraps into the water.
Smoking is prohibited on board.

Our liability insurance does not cover loss or damage to personal belongings.

If you have any allergies or relevant medical conditions, please indicate them on the booking form or by email.
